Joi is a resourceful, multi-talented entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in customer service and more than a decade of expertise in accounting and business management. A true “jack of all trades,” she is a seasoned real estate investor, licensed broker, and business consultant whose career has consistently centered around community counseling, client relations, and professional development.

She is a proud graduate of Alabama A&M University, Tuskegee University, and the University of Phoenix, holding a bachelor’s degree in social work, certifications in taxation, and a master’s degree in business management and accounting. Joi is also a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated—where she continues to live out her commitment to service, sisterhood, and scholarship. As the owner of both Joyful Enterprises LLC and JCB Realty LLC, Joi brings an entrepreneurial spirit, strategic mindset, and unwavering dedication to helping others succeed.
